Product Information
IACS 9571 is a cyclic peptide with potent immunosuppressive, anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic properties. It is a novel compound that targets the α-tubulin protein, which is involved in cell division, signal transduction and cytoskeletal stability. IACS 9571 has been shown to inhibit tubule cells from forming glomerular filtration rate and h3 acetylation in addition to inhibiting monoclonal antibody production by B lymphocytes. This drug also inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β and TNF-α during inflammation.
