Description:

1H-Imidazole-5-propanol is an amide compound that is structurally modified to have a high affinity for the h3 receptors. This drug has been shown to have a high affinity for the h3 receptor in vitro and in vivo, with a stereoselectivity of 10:1. 1H-Imidazole-5-propanol has been shown to produce significant diphosgene inhibition of cerebral cortex function. This drug also inhibits the activity of protein kinases and can be used as a substrate for assays that measure functional groups or amines.
