Indapamide-d3 is a drug that is used to treat hypertension. It has been shown to have bioequivalence when administered orally in the form of capsules or tablets with different concentrations. The sample preparation for the assay was done by dissolving the drug in a suitable solvent and then evaporating the solvent under vacuum. The mass spectrometric detection was performed using a mass spectrometer, which measured the molecular weight and fragmentation pattern of the drug. Indapamide-d3 has also been used in pharmacokinetic studies. These studies were conducted by measuring plasma concentrations following administration of a single dose of indapamide-d3, which was detected with LC-MS/MS method. Indapamide-d3 has also been studied for its effect on flow rate and electrospray ionization by calibrating it with an internal standard before use.
