Isobutyramide is a small molecule with inhibitory properties that can be used to treat bowel diseases. It is a biological compound that inhibits the activity of methyl transferase and bacterial enzymes. Isobutyramide has been shown in vitro to have water permeability and inhibitory properties against human serum, as well as surface methodology studies on methyl transferase. This drug was able to reduce the levels of hydrogen in k562 cells and caused a significant decrease in the intracellular concentration of ester hydrochloride. Isobutyramide is an inhibitor molecule for several bacterial enzymes, including esterases, glutathione reductase, cytochrome p450, mycobacterium.
