Description:
1-Isothiocyanato-3-(Trifluoromethyl)-Benzene is a small molecule that binds to the receptor tyrosine kinase and inhibits the growth of tumor cells. It has shown potent antiproliferative activity in tumor cell lines and inhibited angiogenesis in vitro. 1-Isothiocyanato-3-(Trifluoromethyl)-Benzene also exhibits antiangiogenic activity by inhibiting the proliferation of endothelial cells, which are involved in the formation of new blood vessels. This drug has been shown to be effective against PDGF-BB, a growth factor that stimulates angiogenesis and is implicated in tumor progression.
