Product Information
3-Fluorophenoxathiine is a fluorinated aromatic compound that can be synthesized by substituting an arene with a fluorine atom. The substitution of the arene with a fluorine atom induces interconversion between the arene and its isomer. 3-Fluorophenoxathiine has been shown to induce puckering in heterocyclic rings, which may be due to electron donation from the fluorine substituent. This compound also has oxygen atoms on both sides of the heterocyclic ring, which may induce puckering as well.
