2-Methylamino-5-nitro-2'-fluoro-benzophenone is a nitrazepam and flunitrazepam metabolite. It is the major metabolite of both drugs, which are benzodiazepines used as sedatives and hypnotics. The polymorphic form of 2-methylamino-5-nitro-2'-fluoro-benzophenone has been identified in human urine.
