1-Methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide is a drug that inhibits the tyrosine kinase of chronic myeloid leukemia cells. This drug has been shown to be effective in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia harboring bcr-abl1 mutations. It is also a potent inhibitor of imatinib, which is used for the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia and other types of cancer. 1-Methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide has been shown to cause toxicities in patients, including mutations that may lead to treatment resistance.
