Product Information
- Pyrrolidine, 3-(3-methoxyphenyl)-
3-(3-Methoxyphenyl)pyrrolidine is a dopamine receptor ligand that has been shown to bind to the dopamine D3 receptor in humans. It has been found to have affinity for all three dopamine receptors, although with selectivity for the dopamine D3 receptor. 3-(3-Methoxyphenyl)pyrrolidine is a chiral molecule and can exist in two forms: (+)-enantiomer and (-)-enantiomer. The (+)-enantiomer of 3-(3-methoxyphenyl)pyrrolidine has shown high affinity and selectivity for the dopamine D3 receptor and is a potential drug candidate for Parkinson's disease research.
