2'-((5-(4-Methylpiperazin-1-yl)pyridin-2-yl)amino)-7',8'-dihydro-6'H-spiro[cyclohexane-1,9'-pyrazino[1',2':1,5]pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimid in]-6'-one is a potent inhibitor of CDK4/CDK6 and has been shown to be an effective treatment for cancer.
