Poloxamer 407 is a polymer that is used as a surfactant and stabilizer in pharmaceuticals, foods, cosmetics, paints, and other industrial products. Poloxamer 407 can be used intramuscularly or intravenously for the treatment of tumors that are resistant to chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
