Description:
4-Methylbenzene-1-carbothioamide is a chemokine that has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of tumor growth and angiogenesis. It also inhibits the recruitment of neutrophils and has an antinociceptive effect on the heart. 4-Methylbenzene-1-carbothioamide also inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are involved in inflammatory responses. This compound has been shown to have anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo methods such as glibenclamide, neutrophil, carrageenan, and magnetic resonance analysis. The kinetic method is used to study the rate of reaction for this compound.
