Description:
7-methyl-2-morpholino-9-(1-(phenylamino)ethyl)-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one is a small molecule that has shown to have antitumor activity, as well as inhibitory effects on cardiac and squamous epithelium cells. 7-Methyl-2-morpholino-9-(1-(phenylamino)ethyl)-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4 one also inhibits the growth of lung fibroblasts and has been shown to be selective for the kinase domain of protein kinases. This drug also shows thermal denaturation profiles that are in agreement with its molecular weight.
