It has been detected in human urine, but the levels are low and it is not known whether this compound can accumulate in the body over time. 3-(2-Methoxyphenoxy)Benzoic Acid is also a metabolite of cyhalothrin and cypermethrin, which are insecticides. The cyhalothrin metabolite can be detected in human urine after ingestion or inhalation of these insecticides.
