Description:
1-Methylindazole-7-boronic acid is a boron compound that has been used to synthesize polymers. It has been shown to polymerize with ethylene, propylene, and xylene. 1-Methylindazole-7-boronic acid can be used as a catalyst for the polymerization of olefins. It is also used in surface treatment agents, such as surfactants and additives for fuel oils. This compound has been shown to have high melting points (above 300°C) and is highly soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, chloroform, or xylene.
