Description:

Monosodium Bromoisocyanurate Hydrate is a copper salt that is soluble in water and organic solvents. It has been used as a reagent in the synthesis of pyrazoles. Monosodium Bromoisocyanurate Hydrate is also used as an oxidant in organic synthesis. The reaction of the compound with 3-mercaptopropionic acid results in the formation of a divalent derivative, which can be converted to allyl or aralkyl derivatives through reactions with sodium or potassium chlorides. The reaction between monosodium bromoisocyanurate hydrate and chloride yields a divalent derivative that can be converted to allyl or aralkyl derivatives through reactions with sodium or potassium chlorides.
