Description:
Mal-PEG8-COOH is an organosilicon polymer with a hydroxyl group. It is resistant to hydrolysis and has high cohesion strength. Mal-PEG8-COOH can be used as an extender in polyurethane or polyester, or as a coupler in epoxy or silicone rubber. This polymer is also thermally stable at temperatures up to 260°C. Mal-PEG8-COOH has antioxidant properties, which may be due to its ability to scavenge free radicals and inhibit lipid peroxidation.
