Description:

3-Nitro-4-chloro benzenesulfonanilide (NOCSA) is a drug that has been used in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary hypertension. It is an experimental drug that has been shown to be effective in reducing the pressure of the lungs and normalizing dihedral angles in animals with experimental pulmonary hypertension.
