N,N-Diethyl 4-boronobenzenesulfonamide is an inhibitor of protein kinases. It inhibits the enzyme activity of a number of mammalian tyrosine kinases and has been shown to be effective against autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. N,N-Diethyl 4-boronobenzenesulfonamide also inhibits the activity of a number of enzymes involved in inflammation by binding to the active site.
