Description:
N-Methyl-1,4-butanediamine is an amine that has been shown to increase the uptake of amino acids by cells. It can be used as a metal chelator and has been shown to inhibit the polymerase chain reaction. N-Methyl-1,4-butanediamine also inhibits enzyme activities in polyclonal antibodies and can be used for the treatment of tumors in mice. The drug induces regulatory effects on transcriptional regulation, cell culture, and solanum tuberosum.
