Description

Nitron is an inorganic acid that is used as a pharmaceutical preparation. Nitron is a strong oxidizing agent and can cause oxidative injury to the bowel. It has been shown to be beneficial for inflammatory bowel disease, which may be due to its antioxidant properties.
