9-Oxoageraphorone is a chromatographic technique that can be used to identify the presence of purines in bacterial cells. Adriamycin and other antitumor drugs are classified as hepg2 cell techniques, which work by inhibiting DNA synthesis. 9-Oxoageraphorone has bacteriostatic activity against gram-negative bacteria and has been shown to inhibit the growth of gram-positive bacteria, such as Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and Mycological fungi. It also has antibacterial properties against gram-negative bacterial species, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Salmonella enterica, Helicobacter pylori, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter baumannii.
