Description:
[(7R)-7-Propylamino-5,6,7,8-Tetrahydronaphthalen-1-Yl] Trifluoromethanesulfonate is a 5HT1A receptor agonist. It has anxiolytic properties and can be used to treat anxiety disorders. [(7R)-7-Propylamino-5,6,7,8-Tetrahydronaphthalen-1-Yl] Trifluoromethanesulfonate has been shown to increase appetite and reduce weight loss in rats. This drug also decreased locomotor activity in the rat brain without affecting sensory or motor functions.
