Description:
3-(1H-Pyrazol-1-yl)propanenitrile is an organic compound that is the product of the reaction of cyanoethylation with hydrogen. It is used as a catalyst for the synthesis of pyrazoles and acrylonitrile, and has been shown to be useful in the hydrogenation of nitriles. 3-(1H-Pyrazol-1-yl)propanenitrile can be formed by reacting cyanoethylation with lithium tetrahydridoaluminate.
