Product Information
1-(1H-Pyrazol-3-yl)ethanone is a drug that has anticancer activity. It binds to DNA, as well as metal hydroxides and dinucleotide phosphate, and forms an adduct with the pyrazole ring. The reaction mechanism of 1-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)ethanone is similar to that of other anticancer drugs such as doxorubicin, daunorubicin, and mitoxantrone. 1-(1H-Pyrazol-3-yl)ethanone has been shown to have an anticancer effect on certain tumor cells in vitro. This effect is related to its ability to inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis by binding to DNA. 1-(1H-Pyrazol-3-yl)ethanone also exhibits an antitumor activity in animal experiments.
