Description:
Pyrazin-2-ylmethanamine hydrochloride is a potent, selective and reversible inhibitor of the tropomyosin-related kinase. It has been shown to inhibit kinase activity in vitro and in vivo. Pyrazin-2-ylmethanamine hydrochloride has also been shown to be an effective antagonist of kinases that are involved in cancer cell growth, such as the human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER) family of tyrosine kinases.
