Description:

4-Phenylpiperidin-4-ol is an agonist of the phenyl group, which are receptors that are expressed in the central nervous system. It affects locomotor activity and has been shown to be a tranquilizer. 4-Phenylpiperidin-4-ol has been found to be a melanocortin receptor agonist and also interacts with dopamine receptors in the brain.
