Description

Pyrazole N-demethyl sildenafil is a potent and selective inhibitor of the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). It has been used as a tool for screening PDE5 inhibitors. Pyrazole N-demethyl sildenafil is stable in both organic solvents and water, making it suitable for use in chromatography experiments. Pyrazole N-demethyl sildenafil can be quantified by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV detection at 214 nm.
