Description:
2-Phenoxyacetamidine hydrochloride is a n-type calcium channel antagonist with analgesic activity. It is an achiral pyridine compound and was developed as a pyrimidine derivative. 2-Phenoxyacetamidine hydrochloride is orally active, and has shown analgesic activity in animals. It also has antagonistic properties against the calcium channels that are responsible for the transmission of pain signals and inflammation.
