Description:

1-Pyrrolidinebutanenitrile is a chemical compound that is used in the production of organic semiconductors for solar cells. The reaction solution is heated to refluxing and treated with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The chlorobenzene and hydrogen chloride are then added, and the mixture is cooled to room temperature. Anion exchange resin is added and the mixture is stirred for 30 minutes. The activated 1-pyrrolidinebutanenitrile is obtained after purification by vacuum distillation or chromatography.
