Description:

Perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid N,N'-dioctylimide is a solvent that has been shown to be useful in the preparation of thin films. It can also be used as a transfer agent and as an organic solvent. Perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid N,N'-dioctylimide has been shown to form stable heterojunctions with other organic semiconductors such as anisole and diimide. This compound is also desirable because it is sustainable and has good transport properties. Perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid N,N'-dioctylimide has been used in the fabrication of transistors and other devices.
