Peduncloside II is a natural product that belongs to the group of pentobarbital sulfate. It has an effective dose of 0.1 mg/kg, but the exact mechanism of action remains unknown. Peduncloside II is used in medicines for various conditions and disease states, including fatty acid oxidation disorders, endothelial cell proliferation in the blood vessel, and lps-induced inflammatory response. Peduncloside II has been shown to inhibit the reaction solution of fatty acids with pentobarbital sodium and protocatechuic acid in caco2 cells by decreasing the matrix effect.
