Description

Pyridine trifluoroacetate is a heterocyclic compound that contains a trifluoroacetate ester. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of some receptor proteins and inflammatory diseases, such as the receptor activity of insulin. Pyridine trifluoroacetate has also been shown to be an inhibitor of compounds that activate GLP-1R and have been used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. The drug has been shown to cause insulin resistance in rats by inhibiting glucose transport. In addition, it is known to have anticancer effects on various cancer cells by inhibiting cell division.
