Description:
Perfluorocyclohexanecarbonyl Chloride is a bifunctional peptidomimetic that can act as an anion, hydrogen peroxide, or chloride. It is soluble in organic solvents but insoluble in water. This compound has been shown to be useful as a polymerization initiator and a neutralizer of hydrogen peroxide. Perfluorocyclohexanecarbonyl Chloride has also been used to detect the presence of anions through mass spectrometry.
