Description:

RuPhos Pd G3 is a prodrug that is converted to RuPd G3 in vivo, its active form. It is an anti-cancer drug that inhibits the production of acetylcholine by binding to the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor. This leads to the inhibition of cancer cell growth and, ultimately, cancer cell death. RuPhos Pd G3 has been shown to be a slow-release drug with modulating effects on acetylcholine. The photostability of RuPhos Pd G3 has been demonstrated using fluorescent probes that bind to the acetylcholine receptor. The metabolic disorders associated with this drug are still unknown.
