Product Information
Rhodamine 101 is a molecule that emits light when irradiated with light. It is used as a model system to study radiation and fluorescence, and is also used in the detection of radiation. Rhodamine 101 has been shown to be an excellent substrate for zirconium oxide and palladium-catalyzed coupling reactions. The optimum concentration of Rhodamine 101 for these reactions is 1-2 mol/L. Rhodamine 101 also emits high values of light emission at kinetic energies of about 5 eV, which are ideal for phase transition temperature measurements. This molecule has transport properties that depend on the cationic surfactant binding to it, which can be used as a probe in studies of membrane permeability.
