Description:

Sodium 2,6-difluorobenzoate is an organic compound that is a white solid. It is used as a food preservative and an emulsifier in pharmaceuticals. Sodium 2,6-difluorobenzoate has been shown to reduce the alkalinity of water and inhibit the transport of salicylic acid due to its high solubility in water.
