Sodiumo-butyldithiocarbonate is a fatty acid and glycol ether, which has an adsorption mechanism that is based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It has an acidic reaction mechanism with pyrite and can be used to treat mineralization. Sodiumo-butyldithiocarbonate also has an inhibitory effect on chemical interactions that may be due to its ability to affect the enzyme activities of carbon disulphide, glycerin, and sodium carbonate.
