Description

IsoSildenafil is a synthetic tyrosinase inhibitor that inhibits the production of melanin. It is a potent, reversible inhibitor of tyrosinase and has been shown to inhibit the production of melanin in vitro. IsoSildenafil has been shown to be effective in inhibiting the synthesis and degradation of cGMP by blocking phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). It is thought to work by binding to PDE5, thereby preventing it from hydrolyzing cGMP. This mechanism has been validated using various analytical methods for tyrosinase inhibition, including chloride ion content and spectrophotometric measurements. IsoSildenafil is not recommended for human consumption as it may cause side effects such as damaged cells, reduced sexual function, or even death.
