Description:
Stearic acid hydroxysuccinimide ester is a model system that has been synthesized in vitro and in vivo. It has been shown to inhibit tumor growth and induce apoptosis. Stearic acid hydroxysuccinimide ester also inhibits the response pathway involving Ca2+ ionophore, as well as cancer cell proliferation. This drug is biodegradable and can be used to conjugate with other molecules.
