Description

Selenomethionine is a selenium-containing metabolite that has been shown to have anti-cancer and antioxidant properties. Selenomethionine is a sodium salt that can be injected into cells for the treatment of cancer. It may also be used to prevent or inhibit the development of cancer in individuals who are at high risk for developing cancer, such as those with a family history of cancer.
