Description:
1-(2,3,6-trifluorophenyl)ethanone is an organic solvent that is used in the industrial production of sodium hypochlorite. It is a phase transfer catalyst that can be used to convert trifluoroacetophenone into decarboxylating. 1-(2,3,6-trifluorophenyl)ethanone reacts with copper and hypochlorite to produce a catalyst that can be used for the production of sodium hypochlorite. The catalyst is stable and does not cause any unwanted side effects during the reaction process.
