Description:
1,2,4-Triazolo-[1,5-a]pyrazine is a pure white crystalline solid that belongs to the class of ketones and ring systems. This compound has been shown to be an adenosine A2A receptor antagonist with affinity for this site. 1,2,4-Triazolo-[1,5-a]pyrazine has also been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. This drug also selectively inhibits tumor growth by binding to the template on the nuclear membrane.
