Description

Trinonylamine is an aromatic hydrocarbon that is used in the production of dyes and pigments. This reaction can be used in the production of nitrocellulose, a solid material that is sensitive to light exposure. Trinonylamine reacts with hydroxyl groups, forming an amide group, which can then react with carbonyl groups or aliphatic hydrocarbons to form amines.
