Description

Trans-Tranilast is a drug that is being investigated for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. It is an experimental drug that has shown potential to reduce atherosclerotic lesions in animal models. Trans-Tranilast inhibits the formation of cell factors, which are compounds that are needed for many cellular processes, including protein synthesis and cell division.
