Description:
4-N-Trifluoroacetamidophenol (4NTFP) is a synthetic compound that is used as a protein binder to measure serum albumin. It interacts with the protein and changes color from yellow to red, indicating the presence of albumin. 4NTFP has shown antioxidant properties in vitro by reducing oxidative stress in serum albumin. The sensor can be used for monitoring and measuring the level of serum albumin in bovine blood.
