Description:

2-(Trimethylsiloxy)-1,3-butadiene is a hydrochloride salt of 2-(trimethylsiloxy)butadiene. It has been shown to be an efficient and selective method for the synthesis of covid-19, a potent antibiotic that inhibits cell growth in vitro and in vivo. The preparation involves reacting 2-chloro-N-[2-(trimethylsiloxy)propyl]sulfamoyl chloride with piperidine in methanol. This reaction is followed by acid hydrolysis to give the final product.
