Description

Titan yellow is a synthetic, water-soluble, non-toxic, and non-flammable pigment that has been extensively used in various fields. Titan yellow is mainly applied as an analytical reagent in the determination of metal ions and organic substances. Titan yellow is also widely used in wastewater treatment for its high water permeability and high adsorption capacity. The kinetic behavior of titan yellow in the reaction with hydrogen peroxide was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and found to be monomolecular.
