Description:
3,4,5-Trimethoxybenzylamine (TMB) is a coumarin derivative that inhibits tumor growth in mice. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of cells by binding to amines, and also to have an antiradical activity. The in vivo studies on TMB showed that it is effective against a number of tumor types, including lung cancer and melanoma. Additionally, TMB has anti-inflammatory properties.
