Description

4-(trifluoromethylthio)aniline is a hydrocarbon with a formyl group. It has been shown to be more hydrophobic than other amines and can be used as a pesticide in plants. 4-(trifluoromethylthio)aniline has also been shown to have high yield and stability in membranes, as well as being able to reduce hydrogen peroxide and formyl groups, making it a good candidate for many chemical processes. 4-(trifluoromethylthio)aniline is also an organic molecule that can form hydrogen bonds with itself, giving it functionalities such as nucleophile and electrophile.
